The location in a very nice area was good and there were a market and little stores nearby. It took only 10 minutes to walk to King Street Shops bus stop...

I was happy, the double room I booked came with mini bar as well as a balcony. An electric kettle and refrigerators were an advantage. The hotel had indeed the best possible location to all public transport.

The rooms here are clean and come with four beds, which is a nice bonus. I was really impressed to find a safe, a mini bar, and central heating available as well. 😄.

Perfect great budget hotel with pleasant staff especially the manager. Big beds and a safe box, cable channels and a mini fridge bar. Great view of courtyard. Fast check-in, parking nearby. Not to mention very good wifi! Central location, at a moderate distance from Istanbul Congress Center.

The hotel features delicious local food and provides great service. the rooms are cosy and comfortable, equipped with four single beds and heating. Its excellent location is right next to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, offering easy access to metro stations and funiculars, making it convenient for exploring downtown Istanbul.

Rooms renewed, very clean and with everything one may need (I was on a business trip). The room was quite small, but I didn't mind. Excellent breakfast buffet, I also found a plate of fresh fruit in my room upon my arrival. Nice location near to the very busy Taksim Square, but in a quiet sidestreet.

Nice and helpful staff, good location. Possibility to book a transfer from/to airport was very useful. Free internet access.

The great central location of this place was a definite highlight for us.

The hotel is clean. the room is brand-new. - Good choice of food, which was GREAT. - Best possible location, near the metro. - Nestled in a lovely building adjacent to downtown, shops, and amenities like the train station.

Staff at reception were very friendly vs the attendants at breakfast counter. Housekeeping cleanliness was perfect.

Rooms were small and no view

There was a person at the front desk who's name I unfortunately don't remember, he was amazingly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The staff were overall very nice and helpful. The hotel is causy and not too big which meant less noise, the location was amazing really close to Istiqlal street and the metro station and the bus station. The room was cleaned every day even if we didn't ask for it. Also the fact that they checked us in at 7 in the morning was quite nice.

There was something wrong with the bathroom, on day 3 it started sort of flooding so that every morning we woke up to the bathroom floor covered with water and I couldn't find out whether it was the shower or the toilet which gave me the creeps, on the good side they did send some one to fix it but they never managed to solve the problem.

It is a very cosy and comfortable hotel, on a perfect location and in the same time not a noisy place. Room was spacious, clean and perfectly decorated. Breakfast was also relatively various and served in a very nice atmosphere.
